BM Adelaide’s Principal, John Read is a highly experienced CFO with over 15 years of CFO/Head of Planning roles in significant Australian Retailers. John has strong financial modelling/cash flow forecasting, data analysis, management report (KPI) design/implementation and profit improvement skills. He is also available to undertake part-time CFO roles or work alongside your in-house Finance team members to improve reporting and financial management capabilities.

• Financial/cash flow models – 3 way models (Profit & Loss, Cash Flow & Balance Sheet). Models include inbuilt scenario flex factors, KPI schedule, detailed revenue build with cost relationships.
• Data Analysis – drill into your data, identify the metrics/trends that matter, format these into usable reports with areas of interest highlighted.  We also look to analyse the numbers from a different perspective than that used in the normal hierarchical reporting structure.
• Reports for Managers – key drivers for the business in visible, simple to compile daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• CFO part-time (Virtual) – access the knowledge, learnings of a highly experienced CFO, get more direction/pro-activeness from your finance team and free up time to focus on the revenue generating elements of your business. This option is cheaper than hiring a full time CFO.
