Sizes range from 15 square metres to 10,000 square metres and with build heights of varying levels, subject to Council approval. Accommodation types include office, workshop, manufacturing, display and sales, education and laboratory uses, as well as retail, hospitality and residential.

This 7,997 square metre allotment is expected to be available for development in Summer 2021, however enquiries are encouraged if you are interested in Allotment E21.
Tonsley has a business suitability policy that reflects Tonsley’s economic development objectives. Businesses interested in locating at Tonsley should demonstrate that they are aligned within the realm of high-value manufacturing or Tonsley’s four focus sectors. There are also exemptions from the suitability criteria that some businesses may meet.
