The normal capacities of the Tonsley Pod are:
- 16-20 people boardroom style
- 24-32 people workshop style
- 32-40 people conference style

- Adjacent catering services (Three Little Pods, Sakura Sushi and Funk Coffee+Food)
Security
- Onsite security guard hours at Tonsley Innovation District are 8am – 6pm on all business days.
- Tonsley Pod bookings should only be scheduled between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm.
