Residential developer announced

CIC Australia Ltd has been selected to develop the new residential and mixed-use residential precinct at Tonsley.

The new Tonsley residential precinct will be home to approximately 1,200 people with supporting retail and services which provide a unique opportunity to connect with established business, industry and education institutions.

CIC has a proven track record in the delivery of innovative design, housing diversity and affordable housing, which has been demonstrated at the award-winning Lightsview joint venture in Adelaide’s north east.

“CIC has been developing in South Australia for the past 10 years and being chosen is another major achievement which reflects our ongoing commitment to the SA economy,” said CIC Chief Executive Officer, Col Alexander.

“We will be working very closely with South Australia’s building industry to deliver this project.”
