24/7 Squash at Tonsley

If you are looking for a great way to get fit, meet new people, and have fun, squash or racquetball could be the sport for you. To get started all you need to do is hire the court and turn up. We provide the racquets and ball free of charge.

Squash provides an intense cardiovascular and muscular workout – perfect for burning calories. Players burn around 1000 calories per hour.

Racquetball is very similar to squash, but is played with a slightly larger racquet and a bigger, bouncier ball, making it easy to get a rally going.

The rules for both sports are almost identical, and to put them simply, you hit a ball against a wall! It’s as easy as that, so don’t worry if you have never picked up a racquet before, grab a friend and get on court.

24/7 Squash @ Tonsley is the first permanent, all glass squash court with 24/7 public access in the world, and it is located right here in Adelaide within Tonsley Innovation District.
