Located in the Southern side of Tonsley Innovation District, Lot 338 is close to the district’s large scale manufacturing businesses Specialised Solutions and Collectiv Group, and neighbours TAFE SA.

This allotment has extensive street frontage along MAB Circuit and is only a short 3-minute stroll for that morning coffee, lunch or to enjoy a meeting in one of the open-air forest in the Main Assembly Building (MAB).

Located in Adelaide, one of the world’s most liveable cities, Tonsley Innovation District is just 10 kilometres south of Adelaide’s Central Business District (CBD) with the Tonsley Train Station conveniently located just to the west of this allotment, providing transport to and from the CBD. Trains operate daily, Monday to Friday.
