The first mixed-used retail building within the retail precinct is set to be built by Otello, a boutique developer with a focus on mixed-use precinct scale developments. In keeping with Tonsley’s ethos of innovation, the spaces have utilised biophilic design – a building design principle that connects people to the natural environment both inside and out.
Otello are seeking retail and hospitality operators to be part of Tonsley’s retail hub.
Located on the main thoroughfare between the new Tonsley train station and the Main Assembly Building, passing pedestrian and vehicle traffic will be high. The retail development will attract the thousands of people working, studying or living in and around Tonsley.
