Kuzer Technical
Training, Research and Consulting

Kuzer Technical is a national leader in the non-destructive testing (NDT) community, providing teaching and research in Adelaide, South Australia. We are situated in a prime location of the Tonsley Innovation District to be part of the future development of South Australia. Our knowledgeable team works collaboratively with other industries while maintaining ethical and moral principles as held by the governing body, the Australian Institution of Non-destructive Testing (AINDT).

Our courses offer a practical and in-depth transfer of knowledge to pioneer future NDT technicians. Recognised through the AINDT for qualification and certification, various NDT courses are available as listed below, including essential background knowledge bridging the gap required for the NDT examinations. We dynamically tailor our course to the individual needs, with a diversity-friendly and inclusive environment. We fill the gaps between high education and industry requirements with constant communication with TAFE SA and Flinders University to aid in the future development of engineers and practical skills for industry.

A critical aspect of our research and consulting is applying NDT for industry 4.0, with ongoing effects to develop practical solutions while adhering to the governing standards. Quality assurance is an essential component that requires early detection in any manufacturing process inherent, processing to even in-service. When a flaw is detected early, an improvement occurs to the overall safety, quality of the part, cost reduction, and even increase in the company’s reputation and confidence. Primary research currently is developing novel flaw specimens for training purposes and the wider NDT community using advanced manufacturing processes.

Ongoing engagement with local and instate NDT companies with auditing and consulting using our expert knowledge of the field. Our mission is to give back to the AINDT community as active members of the South Australian branch and within the research community.
